Let Your Senses Make You Whole

Current neuroscience research outlines eight sensory systems that need to be addressed in order to heal from trauma:
vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch, vestibular, proprioception, and interoception.
Assaults on these sensory systems can actually mold a person’s sense of their body and of the world around them.
Inspired by the latest book by Ruth Lanius, we will learn how to galvanize the brain’s ability to heal from trauma which is remembered by the body.
This workshop includes didactic material, demonstrations and experiential exercises.
